Hotel a East Rock Bluff

“Arrivati alle 21.30 nessuno era presente al desk; suonato diverse volte il campanello ma dopo 5 minuti nessuno si presentava; decido quindi di chiamare al telefono l'hotel ( si fa ridere ) e mi risponde subito un ragazzo, al quale dico di essere al desk di fronte. Dopo due minuti arriva con tutta la calma del mondo e facciamo il checkin. Solo piu'tardi ho visto che aveva una ospite ...”

“For 85 it was perfect. Bed was comfy. Room was clean. Had minimal for breakfast, but you get what you pay for. Would stay here again! ”

“The room was cool, the staff was helpful. They were short staffed and the hotel was booked solid so they did very well under the circumstances. The only negative was the internet was not working either last night or this morning and the phone wasn’t working to complain about it. On the whole it was adequate. ”

“The hotel was functional and clean. But the pillows needed replacement. They were dusty and made me stuffy.”

“Good breakfast, easy parking. Room cleanliness could be more thorough. Easy checkout except a receipt couldn’t be obtained because I reserved this under Expedia. Plus I got charged an additional $25.00 at the time of check in. Might be refundable - supposedly.”

“Hot tub and pool were great. It was about a 20 minute drive to Downtown Omaha, so a good amount in my book. It would’ve been nice to know about the construction going on though. The other guests were the worst part. We had to move rooms because someone was smoking weed in their room. The gentleman at the front desk did promptly offer to have us change rooms, which was very nice. ”

“The rooms are very clean, property is well maintained. Breakfast was nice. They have a couple of hot items everyday (a premade omelette, a sausage patty of either pork or turkey, biscuits and gravy, seasoned potatoes and a pancake maker). These were good, but were the same everyday, so something to be aware of if you are there for more than a couple days. They also have bagels, bread, cereal, oatmeal, a juice machine, fresh bananas, apples and oranges and a mini fridge with yogurt and hard...
