“We booked this hotel on Expedia and paid in full, but the clerk who checked us in charged us $300 for the stay even though it was pre-paid. The hotel’s computer system was so slow that it was a very frustrating experience trying to get the staff to fix their mistake. Additionally, the beds were both so uncomfortable that I slept three hours of the night in my car to avoid the horrible, uncomfortable bed. This was a sorry hotel stay and I will not be back.”

“We enjoyed our stay in Mayfield. The hotel was fantastic for the price. Only downside is that most of the equipment in the workout facility didn’t work.”

“Wen we returned to our room in the middle of the day the room was unlocked and our belongings were unguarded, The house keeping people left the room in the middle of cleaning unlocked though it was obvious that it had a lot of our luggage, clothes etc. We have waited for half an hour nd nobody showed up. It took me 2 calls to the front desk and another 30 minutes till someone came to finish cleaning.”

“Overall good experience, location near the highway, clean, only problem the room would have a weird old kind of smell and no way to ventilate the air since windows can’t be opened”
