“Booked thru Expedia and was charged $62.00 more when we arrived. It was booked for free breakfast and there was none. Balcony door lock was broken and room was not secure. No way to call front desk because phone was also broken. We were over run with ants and had to go buy ant traps. The next room blared music for 4 days that made impossible to hear the TV or sleep. “If you have young children, don’t trust the pool lifeguards. They watched several children, including mine struggle in the water and had no interest in helping out. “The room was very spacious and clean. I was impressed by the air conditioning unit and its ability to keep our room nice and cold during a hot week. ““We had a deluxe room”. You can tell the door to the room has been kicked in or broke into. They painted over it. However, the door was secure. Dirty walls. Paint stained on the furniture in the room. Marks on the headboard from previous damage. No curtains. Old blinds.
