“The front desk staff were extremely rude from the moment we arrived. There was no greeting or welcoming attitude whatsoever. When I politely asked if it was okay to check in, the only response I received was, “Yeah, can I see your ID?” with no courtesy or professionalism. Once we got to our room, we realized the blackout blinds weren’t working, so at 6:00 AM the room was completely filled with bright sunlight. When we brought the issue to the front desk around 12:30 AM, the employee’s response...

“Room, shower and bed were just fine. My only complaint was the thin walls dividing each room. You can hear the people next door very clearly. Also the carpet was soaked by the AC unit. Overall I would say an 7 or 8 out of 10.”
