“Comfortable beds. Breakfast was decent, with hot and cold options. Shower did not have pressure. Pool was small but nice. Unfortunately we were there Wednesday -Sunday and never were given new towels or a room cleaning. And the last morning we found ants in the room.”

“The room was clean and parking was great. We had a great view of the beach from our balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was an issue with them being short-staffed during our stay so we had difficulty securing bedding for the pull out couch as well as enough towels and wash cloths for our large party. “Great hotel! Met up to the Hyatt standards. Close to boardwalk and ocean. Good breakfast. Great pools for rainy days. Only issue was that check in was confusing. Was unclear where to park and unload the car.”

“They are trying but this hotel is not a good value. Staff was making an effort but not trained up. It took 30 minutes to get a set of keys that worked. The property is in pretty rough condition with a lot of janky doors, gates, sidewalks and other areas. We were fairly desperate late on a Saturday and paid for our lacking of foresight.”
