“Maybe a boutique style isn't my cup of tea! The bathrooms are beautiful but were not practical for 4 adults and 2 teenagers who all wanted to shower and not use a soaker tub. The listing was a little off base as it did say 3 bedrooms in the title but then mentioned 4 bedrooms and a sofa bed. While it could sleep 8, one room had a double bed and bunk beds. The location worked out well for us though. We didn't do any cooking but looked like the kitchen was well stocked.”

“When we arrived the house was very clean. We only stayed one night as we were in Miami for an appointment but the house is well situated for Coral Gables restaurants and the parking was good at the house. Will be staying again when we go back to Miaimi”

“Overall it was a good experience. Knocking a star off because the first night we arrived there was a wedding going on and out reserved parking space was taken by staff. The event went on until well past 10p and it was difficult to sleep with the loud, thumping music. We also had some concerns about the size of the bird cages but I'm not an expert on that.”

“Everything was alright until the house motion sensor alarm started going off. It went off twice when we went out the back door and sat in the living room. Then the owner came and told us that we were being too loud and kicked us out after midnight. Super rude. Such a scam. Never rent this place out!!!!”
