“Booked for the fire pit but it wasn’t on. The free breakfast wasn’t great. Not sure what the eggs were. Our tv would also turn off while trying to look at the menu which was frustrating, and there wasn’t hotel info or check out on it that we could find. I don't like having to use apps on my phone for that. ”

“We loved the pools and hot tubs. We had all our meals at the WKP sports bar and loved the food, drinks, staff and music. We did a deep tissue massage at the spa; excellent service. There’s a lot of above and beyond little perks here. I think it’s the staff at all the areas of the resort that really make the difference and make it an excellent vacation. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Room was clean, but terrible lighting. One lamp on the desk; no reading lamps on night-stands. 3 out of 4 lights in bathroom burned out. Appeared to be homeless people hanging out near stairwells. Signs in lobby said no pets, but I saw and heard dogs throughout the property. I checked out a day early. Did not feel safe. Not sure how this place gets “excellent” ratings. You get what you pay for, I guess.”

“This hotel offers a cheap yet good quality accommodation option near Phoenix downtown (~10 mins walking from the city center). The room was comfortable and silent, Wi-Fi works well. Staff is very friendly, welcoming, and available for any issue. Free breakfast offered every day from 6.30 to 9.30 am.
I would definitely recommend staying here. ”
