“The rooms and hotel were nice in general. Our only issue during our stay was really the amenities. The pool was about the size of a large hot tub and was FREEZING. There was no hot tub or anything and the exercise room consisted of some dumbbells and a couple treadmills. Overall decent, but gravely disappointed by the amenities. ”

“It's clear this hotel went through some recent renovations. Check-in area was very clean and up to date. Rooms were also updated but were lacking in areas. There were unknown drips on bathroom walls and carpet seemed worn. The shower pressure was abysmal and the shower curtain did not reach the bottom of the shower so there was water everywhere, a serious slipping hazard. You may not hear any plane noise from the airport but we were woken up both nights by loud stomping or banging from upper or...

“The place was quite clean and spacious. Unfortunately, the heater and air conditioning thermostat malfunctioned, preventing me from getting any sleep. Our room temperature remained at a scorching 81 degrees throughout the night. I reached out to the property and they suggested we lowered it to 40-50 degrees. However, after making this adjustment, our room experienced extreme fluctuations, alternating between freezing cold and scorching hot. ”

“My stay from 03/13-03/15/2026 at Avid hotel Milwaukee West Waukesha by IHG in Pewaukee, Wisconsin was great. The building appears pretty new. “My kids loved the pool, the grown ups loved the nearby activities and restaurants. Parking was easy. Room was spacious, clean, beds comfy. The breakfast was well stocked and very clean. The staff were above and beyond kind and friendly. My family was very happy this stay. We booked to come back as soon as we left.
Also very close and convenient to the botanical gardens, the parkway, and downtown Greendale. We kept very busy. ”
