“Breakfast menu was a nice surptise with cheese omelets available”

“Staff were courteous, easy check in and check out. One problem, the room was cold and the heat didn't work properly, room 222. I didn't ask for help because the clerk was male and I have severe PTSD from sexual violence, I would rather be cold than have a man who is a stranger in my room. Again, staff were great.”

I received many text messages from the front desk asking me if there was anything I needed. There were a decent amount of parking spots. During winter weather, the parking lot ice spots could have been treated with more diligence. A suggestion would be a better breakfast buffet. Maybe it was just related to...

“I stayed here for a night and honestly enjoyed it more than expected. The room was clean and smelled fresh when I walked in. The bed was comfortable and helped me get a really good night’s sleep. The bathroom was tidy, and the hot water worked perfectly. Parking was easy and right near the room, which I appreciated after a long drive. The staff was friendly and made check-in quick. It felt relaxed and simple, just what I needed. I’d definitely stay here again. ”

“the executive suites are fantastic! Very large and spacious!! Bed was comfortable. Shower head pressure not the greatest but every other amenity was perfect. The Spa is the best!!! Food options are very tasty & plentiful at Alexandria's. Customer service was good throughout the hotel but the early morning staff who work the front desk should do better at greeting customers. ”
