“For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”

“Loved the location and the staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming. I genuinely felt comfortable here as a solo female traveler. I’d definitely stay again.
Having a bar, restaurant and coffee shop all on site made the experience so easy and enjoyable. On days when I just wanted to rest and recharge, I didn’t feel pressured to go out, everything I needed was right there.

“This hotel was so really. Check-in we were offered water and root beer. The fire pits were going which was perfect as the first cold night came in the night before.
