“Clean and spacious room. Friendly staff, great breakfast. ”

“Front desk staff rude and did not tell us anything at all about the room, the stay and extremely slow. Someone else’s garbage left in our room - on the vanity (used oral care). Room was freezing as unit heater was difficult to use. Room keys sometimes work, sometimes don’t. Would not go back.”

“No towels in the pool area. Lights were off and hot tub was chilly. The place seemed a bit sketchy, employee barely talked. Won't be staying again. ”

“No idea how it had a 8.6 rating when we booked it. Was old, in disrepair, staff was unfriendly. As my husband stated, you would never stay here.”

“The room had very few amenities, not even glasses supplied in the room. And there was only one washrag and one hand towel in the room. And the bath towels supplied were very small. In addition I had to ask for a channel listing for the TV as there was none in the room. Additionally there was no information book supplied showing for instance fire exits and other amenitiesl”

“I think you should advertise this hotel as a hostile instead of a hotel! It smelt like the sweatiest mildew forming gym socks in my room or perhaps someone passed away in that room and it was just never taken care of. 304 was disgusting blood stains on the sheet, that were put on the bed inside out. No towels in the room, except a wash cloth and hand towel. Chair pushed up in the bed, no liners in the garbage randomly, tv remote sticky, looks like they may be started cleaning it and just...

“The property is clearly in the state being remodeled, which is a good thing. The manager working when I arrived was very helpful and kind; she was very attentive to our needs and wanted to make our stay positive. Once she’s done with the remodel, it will be a very nice establishment while she’s in charge. ”

“Overall the room wasn't terrible but there was quite a bit of maintenance items that needed to get taken care of. Staff was alright but the front desk worker took a call as we were checking in and was on the phone for 10-15 minutes as we waited. Sounded like they were talking to a travel agent and it would of been nice for her to take a minute to check us in and put the agent on a brief hold.”
