“Spotless, not much for amenities but they were clear about that. Staff were great about dropping off more towels and one staff member, on her day off, went to the store and bought some clothes hangers as there were none in the unit. I was disappointed with the view. The photo shows a house looking directly at the beach. That is not the house we stayed in. Ours was smaller and behind it. It is pretty much hidden in the photo they show. We did have a side view of the water but I feel the photo is...

“The house was filthy, we spent the first two hours cleaning before our family arrived. There was several weeks old trash in the can outside that smelled horrible. There were two holes in the floor that had to be fixed before our guest arrived - photo attached. One of the electrical plugs, left of the stove was pulled out of the wall and hanging. The toilet downstairs ran water all over the floor so we turned the water off to it and did not use. This was the worst place I have ever stayed....

“Our host Yadira was very communicative and provided great advice for beach access and local amenities. She was very friendly and prompt with her responses. ”

“Property needs major repairs and upgrades. Floors were dirty. Towels were gray instead of white. No mention that there was no ice machine in frig. Number of beds was great and access for pet was great. Couches, dining chairs were stained. Rugs worn out. ”
