“Lo abbiamo scelto perché a meno di un ora dal Rocky Mountain NP. Camera pulita non troppo grande, colazione sufficiente e personale gentile e disponibile. A 100 metri un Walmart per le necessità.”

“Staff was great and went out of their way to accommodate our late arrival and provide refrigeration for fresh flowers we brought for our daughter’s wedding. Room and hotel were very clean and comfortable ”

“Das Hotel ist in einem wirklich guten Zustand und alles ist sauber. Das Staff ist wirklich äußerst aufmerksam. Ich möchte mich persönlich bei den drei Frontdesk Mitarbeitern bedanken, die während unseres Aufenthaltes im Dienst und stets hilfsbereit waren.”

“ The inside of the apartment was dirty and full of dog hair. They had no way of recycling, the beds were itchy and full of dog hair. The sofa bed was nasty with dirt and dog hair. Having people above us was loud and pretty lame. Tons of earwigs and bugs. ”

“Una delle peggiori esperienze fatte negli Stati Uniti. Rumoroso, con scarsa pulizia, datato, la ciliegina sulla torta è stato un grande quadro appeso sopra la testiera del letto, che durante la notte si è staccato dal muro ( perchè appeso male) che quasi mi feriva, oltre a farmi spaventare.”

“They seemed to be short staffed but everyone was pleasant. The pool is pretty small and there was so chlorine that my families eyes burned just from being in the pool area. The hot breakfast items were not good! The omelets way over cooked, the bacon tasted spoiled, the potatoes were just dry, dry, dry. The biscuit for the biscuits and gravy were very hard too. The toilet in our room didn’t flush unless you held down the handle the whole time. The beds were just okay, but pillows were...

Breakfast had a lot of pre packaged options, sausage, boiled eggs, waffles Even though we were there 4 nights, our room was never once serviced. Had to go to front desk to get towels. Sign in room said serviced every three days. When mentioned at check out, they just said sorry. ”
