“It is right in a perfect place for the cultural food and traditional houses. The LaLou across the street has amazing breakfasts. Our place is was so clean and cozy. We hope to stay there again soon.”

“Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed were comfy. Breakfast was not as good. Especially the eggs. Was like eating textured water. Breakfast definitely needs to addressed. Other than that it was a good stay. Location is great!! Was convenient to be next to a RaceTrac and other restaurants in the same vicinity. Would stay again just minus the eggs at breakfast.”

“We just got back from our trip, The staff was very nice and helpful, one of the ladies behind the desk went out of the way to help with A/C. They make sure you have towels and clean well!!! Missed having a bathroom in the lobby, where they serve breakfast. There is a musty smell in the halls. And some people are smoking in the elevator. Sad, when you tell them there is a no smoking area at hotel. Would come back, thank you M.L.”

“The laundry machines could def be better, however, for the price, the pool is awesome, clean, the rooms r roomy and mattresses are great, as well as a friendly staff ”

“Great location. Need professional staff and convenience breakfast look like it is for homeless people . Their was no fruits, Danish or water. The juice tasted old and the bread look old. I love staying in the comfort inn but thus I did not feel safe at. In the room we had no tea bags or makeup remove pads. I paid for one night one hundred and sixteen dollars and the hotel look like motel 8. We had to go to the Waffle house because The breakfast that was served We was afraid to eat it. In...

“The Microtel Inn in Ponchatoula, LA, said that Expedia never paid them for my stay May 18th-19th due to a "glitch" and claimed to cancel my reservation then tried to get me to pay them directly, but it didn't show up in Expedia and somehow was modified to the 17th which I didn't book. So, it still charged me so I had to dispute it with bank. Nasty outside propery, sketchy clerks. Awful service and I don't think they were telling the truth at all, I think they were trying to get me to pay twice...
