“We got in super late (around 2am) and had an issue with the door getting into our suite. Called at 2am and a gentleman called us right back in 30 seconds to solve the issue. Also had an issue with the TP holder and he said we were all set no issues. Location was also perfect, within walking distance of almost everything downtown. ”

“This was the most amazing experience for my 8-year old daughter and I. She couldn't believe how "fancy" everything was. The antiques, the character, the fine dining experience, unique & massive rooms - everything was so awesome! The staff - especially our server for breakfast was so lovely. Breakfast was not your typical continental anything. It was a 3 course breakfast with delicious, fancy food using the fine china and white linen table cloths.
