“My mom and I had a 3 night stay at the Day's Inn and it was great.
The grounds are well kept and ALL of the staff that we interacted with were great. So helpful and polite.
We had a minor issue on the 1st night of the bathroom fan leaking a decent amount after a shower.
Staff were incredibly helpful and assisted in us changing rooms. They were on top of the problem right away as I saw the maintenance man in the room inspecting the very next morning.
The pool and sauna and shower room are...

“Our first impression was good, until we noticed all the stains on the carpet in our room. The Lady Byng room. They may have been cleaned, but the stains remained.
The breakfast, including the presentation, was lovely.
The lounge was lovely with interesting artifacts.
Parking was convenient.
I went to the office at 10:45 on the morning of our departure to buy some coffee; the office sign said closed from 11-4.”

“Beautiful new hotel. Included kitchen facilities and comfortable beds. Only complaint i would have is breakfast was on paper plates which was ok but the wooden utensils aren't that great. I know they are conserving energy but could use metal utensils with paper plates.”

“Very accommodating to early check in request. A very cosy little cottage just a tiny bit on the small side. Two suitcases - not a lot of space to have them both open. Very clean, great area - peaceful and beautiful grounds - views were lovely. Would def stay there again if in Victoria. Was not able to take advantage of the breakfast unfortunately, but the menu looked delicious!”
