“Cleaning needs help in the rooms and bathrooms. Room 511 hopefully is the smallest of all the rooms. You couldn’t use the chair fully with the desk and had to take turns in areas it was so tight. The staff was wrong about times for the Terrance bar and restaurant causing us to wait for that and then miss the downstairs restaurant being open so we waited a few more hours to find a place to eat. Simple mistake but that’s their job. ”

“There was blood splatter on the baseboards on the bathroom. Air conditioner worked just enough to keeo the room cool. They told us no smoking on the property and the parking lot arohnd around the pool area was like a sheet of cigarette butts. But you get what you pay for.”

“This hotel was an unexpected surprise! We arrived about 5:00, just in time for dinner! The assortment of food was amazing! Next morning, breakfast was served , too! The rooms were very nice and comfortable… we will return!”

“This is a spartan and functional room that is just right for the budget conscious business traveler. One should not expect much here otherwise. The bed is comfortable. There is a small desk that will accommodate a laptop and mouse. The bathroom is small, tidy and functional. Next door is a shopping center with a grocery store, fast food options and a Planet Fitness.
The staff are very nice and accommodating.
The location to WUSTL hospitals and med school is good. Forest Park is nearby...

“Hotel had limited parking. The hotel room was dated, one small trash bin w/ no bag in it, complementary coffee/ breakfast was basic and looked gross. The lady working breakfast was yelling at 3 different guest in front of alot of people, and seemed to be moody. Probably wont stay there again! ”
