Resort a Great Island

“I booked a King Room handicap accessable 2 months ago. When we arrived at the property, I was told that the only room that was available 2 Queens no. I made my displeasure known and was then asked to park behind the building to allow for more wedding party parking. I tried calling Mariott and they said that nothing could be done for me because I booked through Expedia...

“Great location. In a circle with many resturants of all types and a great brewery steps away. nice heated pool. Wish they had a spa. I missed their breakfast as we left too esrly on our fishing trips but fresh coffee in lobby very good. Will go again”

“La struttura era confortevole, con ottime camere ed una posizione invidiabile. Purtroppo la colazione non è adeguata alla struttura ed al prezzo pagato in quanto è praticamente "inesistente": basterebbe veramente poco per migliorarla”

“charming, beautiful historic building staff very helpful. view amazing restaurant and bar very good hotel rooms are probably newer, We were in the main bldg over the kitchen and lovely but a basic room.”

“Good”

“Perfect”

“Shower was not functioning, room changed and that shower was not functioning. Manager Fredric was condescending and told Expedia shower was functioning just not correctly…, what the heck!!! Instead of apologizing he was very confrontational!!! Hopefully will get refund in 10 days??? Never stay at this property!!! Horrible!”

“Excellent as always”

“Stanza grande e di nuova costruzione , meritava.”

“Tutto come aspettativa”

“The history of the hotel is amazing, the cleanliness, not so much. Hairs on our sheets, sticky bathroom floor, rude staff members, inadequately supplied toiletries. Would never recommend anyone pay $400 for this. Better places with better customer service in the area.”
