"Sono stata al Bethesdan Hotel per 3 notti e nel complesso l’esperienza è stata molto positiva. La struttura è moderna, ben tenuta e si trova in una zona comoda di Bethesda, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla metro e da diversi ristoranti e negozi. The lady called the technician who, this time, showed up within 5 minutes but the intervention took over 40 to restore the safe with the consequence that I arrived at the dinner appointment 45 minutes late. Finally, on Monday morning, I left the room at 10:30 to go sightseeing and returned at 16:00 to find that the cleaning service had not yet come and therefore the room remained like that because I went to bed to rest after walking for hours. No one apologized for the inconvenience suffered! The Hotel ultimately needs a more competent and active management and more persons of service."
