“Hotel staff was decent, bed was comfy. Had to switch rooms at 2am due to finding a cockroach, just to be switched to a less valuable room and when I opened the door to the new room there was a naked dude sleeping in bed. Got switched again to a room that didn’t have a fridge/freezer for my cold stuff, finally got upgraded to a jacuzzi room but tv did not work. Breakfast is a loaf of bread, cheap bagels and a toaster. Would not recommend this hotel.”

“Could tell the room wasn’t cleaned trash cans still had trash in them bar of soap was opened used and left on the bathroom counter mirror and sink was water spotted and not cleaned no wash rags air conditioning wasn’t working properly and the breakfast was awful oh yeah and the lady in heels above me pacing her room at 6am so I couldn’t sleep sucked as well”

“Had to pay $30 for parking, the wifi was wierd and they say they have breakfast. It was $15 a person and was literally the type of breakfast other hotels provide for free. Nice rooms though and friendly staff.”

“Pros:
- The hourly shuttle to and from the airport and Mall of America.
- Our room was clean and comfortable.
Cons:
- The woman who checked us was not outwardly rude, but she wasn't exactly polite.
- The shower barely had water pressure- unlike the sink, which sprayed so fast, it was easy to soak your shirt.
- An extra $10 parking/night at this hotel seems excessive.
- The continental breakfast was.. gross.”
