“Beautiful, well equipped 2 BRM with comfortable beds and a shower with fantastic water pressure. The private partially covered patio area with access to an outdoor faucet and path over the dunes to the beach was our favorite part of the property. We appreciate having the 4 beach chairs and beach towels provided. Unfortunately the weather was too windy to use the beach umbrella and the water too choppy to use the ocean kayaks during our trip. “Located on the 2nd floor, so you need to know there will be steps. Had an issue (no fault of the owner) at check-in with parking. We had a pass for our spot, and the neighbor had two passes and parked in ours. Lots of "things" (utensils, etc.) in the kitchen were nice. Every appliance worked great. Furniture was in good shape. Didn't use it, but the screen on the porch wasn't in good shape. Probably our biggest negative was that if you've ever been to your child's elementary school and...
