“A nice room with a full kitchen. I loved the walk-in shower. The buffet breakfast each morning was a nice way to start our day. We forgot charging adapters, but not a problem. We just called down to the front desk and were quickly supplied with some loaners. Friendly staff at our late night check-in, as well as check-out.”

“Ho apprezzato soprattutto la cortesia e la disponibilità della reception e la posizione dell'albergo, da cui si può raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi sia la zona del Fisherman che il Parlamento. Vicinissima la fermata del bus per andare ai Butchart Gardens. Nella hall è sempre disponibile gratuitamente per gli ospiti caffè americano e tè caldo.”
