“The host was super fast at responding and was very helpful any time I had a question or needed something. The condo was clean, spacious and exactly what the listing advertised. It was the perfect view of the Gulf. The only downside and this is no fault of the owners/host, the elevators in the building take quite awhile during peak times (10-11am & 4-5:00pm). Other than that, this was a wonderful place and our family looks forward to coming back!”

The host was communicative, responsive, and made the stay smooth.The twin bed in the hallway was very firm and not particularly comfortable. Overall, the place was clean, although we did notice some hair in the bathroom. There was also sand throughout the home, which is fairly understandable for a beach property. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the convenience and value.”

“Nice clean little unit. Communication with host was flawless. The unit matched the listing and I would absolutely stay here again. Only 2 block walk to the beach and lots of restaurants close by. The only things that need attention is the concrete walkway inside the fence has algae on it and is very slippery when wet, and it might be time for a new mattress on the bed. My wife and I had a wonderful time and can’t wait to stay here again.”

“The view was amazing and Tidewater had a restaurant with a great selection of delicious food choices.We were disappointed that the water was murky and too rough the majority of the time to enjoy leisurely relaxing on a float.”

“The area was under construction, but we were given great directions on where to go and park. The property had so many amenities and close to the beach (which we love). The condo was super cute and accommodated us well. The cleanliness of it was clean but definitely looked like a quick clean. Things were dusty and just needed a little more attention done when cleaning. But I'm also an OCD cleaner lol.”

“The condo itself was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. All of the beds were comfortable, communication with the host was excellent, and check-in was easy. We had everything we needed for a great stay.My only suggestions for the property would be to stock a few more plates and cookware, as those were very limited. I'd also recommend bringing extra toilet paper and paper towels. Only one roll of inexpensive toilet paper was provided per bathroom, which didn't last very...
