“Someone had filled the hot tub in with concrete. The pool was out of service, half empty, Green and had a dead raccoon floating around in it. there was a homeless guy running around the parking lot, but otherwise the staff was very friendly and the property was pretty clean.”

“We got there and room was very hot. After an hour called desk and told them air wasn't working. Guy came to room after about 15 min and tried to say it was. Said to let him know in 30 min if it got cooler. It did not. He said the could switch us to another room (no king though) . We said ok.
