“No cart available when I check out, water in toilet not running properly needed plumbmer to fix it Water in bathtub not running well when i need to take shower , both shower nozzle and bathtub water both ruunning out same time and very noisy”

“Located in Carlisle off I-81. Good and bad. Easy to find. Restaurants near by. Extreme traffic noise 24/7. Big trucks racing by all night. Since the exit is right there, trucks use their loud engine brakes to slow down. The hotel advertises breakfast, but a bird couldn't survive on what they offer. The coffee was good though.”

“The rug in our room was damp, perhaps they recently cleaned it, but uninviting, nonetheless. No blow dryer provided. Staff was super nice. It was a quick stay, but for a longer stay I'd shop around.”

“Sooooo... I decided that I have outgrown the Tru hotels, by no fault of their own. It literally felt like I was walking into a dorm room. The room was SO small with zero frills. Cords hanging out and everything was just not it. The bedding isn't soft. It was clean and all of that and the staff was nice, so that was good. The breakfast was meh. Some kids felt like coughing all over it, so that was a bonus ha ha We ended up at the gas station across the street. So, over all the place was good, I...

“This hotel is a hidden gym . Looks nice online but exceeded expectations in person in the lobby . The pool was nice for the kids and actually has a deep side for adults as well . Only thing is online it said breakfast included but it wasn’t when I got there . No big deal , still a great stay”
