“There was no body wash, i went down stairs to let them know and the lady only gave me two super small dove body washes. It was 5 people that need to shower, horrible experience. There was also spot in sheets”

“We had a horrible experience at this hotel. We made a last minute reservation for two rooms for three nights. The price was very low and now we see why. One room had no working AC; they eventually moved us to a room across from the loud staff laundry facilities that started up at 6 AM They didn’t clean the room for the first 3 days- didn’t pick up the trash, or make the beds or change our wet towels despite our repeated requests. The free breakfast included with our room was a circus. ...
