“Would have given 5 stars, but unfortunately had an issue at check-in. I was informed upon arrival that my one-bedroom double bed suite (which should have included a separate living room, kitchen, and pull-out sofa bed) had been switched to a studio suite with a king bed and a pull-out sofa bed. I was not contacted or notified of this change in advance.
The front desk staff was very kind, and I appreciate their professionalism, but finding this out at check-in—especially with a group of four—was...

Comfortable bed, room needed some updating but overall good for price range.
Breakfast a bit disappointing. Scrabbled eggs tasted like made from powder and sausage just average. Fruit ( apples and oranges) edible but not fresh.
Stayed 3 days and ate cold cereal and bagel the remaining 2 days. Limited coffee also. ”

“The first room we checked into was dirty, all surfaces in room were sticky. The second room across the hall was barely better. The room smelled like burnt rubber , there was a good 1.5 gap between the door and the floor, and bathroom sink had a big crack in it. The walls are paper thin so we spent the night listening to our neighbors conversation and that’s when people weren’t running up and down halls slamming doors”
