“Very old hotel, unfortunately also the furnishings, as well as the mattresses and the very squeaky bed. Bad cleaning, mildew on the shower curtains and hair all over the place. The curtains do not darken perfectly, so in the morning light penetrates the window very early. “Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. ”

“The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. ”

“The rooms were clean, breakfast was excellent, staff was professional and parking was good. This is my second stay. I give it a five.”

“Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun.”

“Breakfast was nice, but limited. Room was clean. Passing by rooms, you can hear TVs and conversations, so not so sound proof.”

I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.”

“Parking was easy, the room was clean however the towels didn’t seem too clean. The housekeeping staff was very nice. The only thing I would suggest is that they provide with at least 2 new towels before giving out the used ones. ”
