“There was mold in the shower . The plastic glassware that was provided was extremely greasy & scratched. Also, I have had month long stays at other properties & every week we were provided fresh linens & paper towels & toilet tissue. We were provided 1 kitchen towel so had to buy them. Bought sheets as didn’t want to be responsible for shoving the nice king size sheets provided into the small washer & dryer as was suggested. “The hotel itself its a little rundown. the A/C was cooling but not its best either. Evening attendees were courteous but the morning crew was not at all. I also requested some sheets for the sofa bed because there was non in the room, I called and never got an answer, then I text and waited until I had to go to the lobby to get them myself.”

I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.”

“Nice one bedroom tiny house nestled between a small lake and animal enclosure. Plenty of treats to feed the horse, mini pony, donkey, geese and ducks. Nice little getaway in a rural setting by Lake Helen. House was clean and bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the stay.”

“Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. ”
