“It was what I look for in a place to stay. Staff was great room was very clean and the continental was really good. It was everything I look for in a hotel. My husband and I just retired after 30 years. We worked at a State Resort Park in Ky. So we really look at how maintained and the cleanliness of the facilities. Continental breakfast was replenished. It just was a really good experience.”

I am writing to formally request a full refund for my recent stay at Knights Inn Racine due to the unacceptable conditions and poor customer service I experienced.
I reserved a four-night stay, but upon checking in, the first room I was assigned had clearly never been cleaned. It looked as though the previous guest had just stepped out. The bed sheets were dirty and unchanged, there was garbage throughout the room, food and melted Skittles were on the floor, and I even saw...

“I rented the room with the hot tub to celebrate my significant other's birthday. I had a friend decorate it nicely with balloons and birthday decor. Needless to say my guy loved it. The room was nice and cozy. It was on the 1st floor at the end of the hall. The bed was comfy, the room didn't have any weird smells, and the whirlpool was amazing! We didn't leave once we checked in. We didn't get up for breakfast either but they do offer a free breakfast from 6am-9am. I would most definitely come...
