A family run the place so even tho we had no disturb sing and check out was a certain day we were waken up 1st time to ask for garbage and 2nd they open the door because their paperwork showed checking out that day which it was not.The back door entrance would not lock and when checked out female at front to check out no customer service she is jut there.”

“I am a fan of this hotel, because of how clea. It was, the friendliness of staff, and the comfortable room. I appreciated amenities like dove hand wash, body wash, lotion, and hair products. The bed was really comfortable. The room was spacious, and easy to relax in after traveling all day. They were helpful in finding me a dog friendly room also. I felt safe at this hotel and will return if I’m in the area.”

“the review at Best Western did good, clean and personal. Clean room did good job but missed one thing was when I drop dirty towels by door. maid did not bring clean the towels after dropping them off by door. Breakfast was good but need to add some breakfast.”

“The 1st thing you notice when entering to check in is that the place smelled like cigarette smoke. I guess they still allow smoking in the casino. Fortunately, I couldn't smell it in the room. The room had a mini-fridge that I used for leftovers, but there was no place to reheat them. I had to take them to the front desk to have them heat them up for me in the back. They should have at least 1 microwave on each floor by the vending machines. The leftovers was from their own steakhouse, which was...

“Only complaint was the smoking in the casino”

“We only stayed a night but the rooms were very clean. The property was nice. The bar and live entertainment were a fun addition. They did have a large on-site pool. Would definitely stay again. Only complaint was the beds were doubles.”

“The location worked well for our needs. I enjoyed the hot tub. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room needed basic items replenished like Kleenex, body wash, etc., upon arrival.”
