“Very nice stay. No big deal I needed ice but the ice machine was broken.”

“The pool looked very nice. We did not use it. The bar was ok, except we went in and were not acknowledged in a timely manner. So we left. After dinner, we went back and staff was better. The music was good, but way too loud. The room had a slight funky smell-maybe old smoke or mold. The bathroom wall had a hole in it where the door knob fit. No door stop. The pillows were great-I find many places have bad pillows. I thought it was a little pricey for it's condition.”

“This was a nice spot for a quick trip to Galena. We needed a hotel that included an EV charger on site which was offered by this hotel. It was also nice to have an onsite restaurant and bar. The activities were a little expensive but a fun bonus none the less. The views are outstanding!”

“Rex our shuttle bus guy was amazing! He was super friendly and funny. He came to pick us up on time from the places that we wanted to go to. He went above and beyond. The staff was also very friendly.”

“The TV was a serious project to make it function over 1/2 hour of dinking around to make it work. Just wondering why there was no patio furniture out back?”

“Nice breakfast buffet. Room was ok, bathroom was dirty, air conditioner was horribly loud, rattled all night. However, Expedia charged me more ($123.30) than the hotel charged (112.04). Expedia would not refund the difference, saying they charged me the lowest rate for the booking, NOT TRUE! My final bill at the hotel was $112.04. Expedia refused to return the difference. I will never use their service again and tell everyone about this incident.”

“The bed was horrible. So so soft. The bathtub did not drain when you showered so the water was up to your ankles. Carpeting on the floor. Very old rooms.”
