Hotel a Ingles

“This hotel was Disgusting and the staff was so rude. They wouldn’t allow us to have our dog in the “suite” room so her crate had to be in front of the door which was an extreme fire safety hazard for us. We traveled with 5 kids and i felt like we were all going to leave with bedbugs. Beds were so uncomfortable and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Would never stay again and would never recommend to anyone.”

“This was a great stay! Quiet, peaceful, and beautiful! Host had great hospitality, super kind, and very accommodating! We will definitely stay here again when in the area next! Highly recommended! :)”

“Was travelling on Blue Ridge Parkway and spent the day hiking in the Rock Castle Gorge. Floyd is closest town to the Gorge. Hotel Floyd is amazingly modern and clean hotel in a very small and charming hamlet of VA.”

“I did not stay for business and did not pay any attention to business related amenities.”

“At first they charged me 75 for each dog but when I talked to another employee they corrected it. Should be 75 for two dogs. The rooms and hotel is very clean and efficient. The area outside is filled with dog poop but I guess that is more the fault of patrons. They supply bags and garbage cans but some people can’t bend over. Come on people!”

“Run down and full of people living in the hotel. Marijuana smell through the vents. Horrible. We should have not stayed there. ”

“Hair all over the shower walls and tub. Rust in the tub. Tub floor also looked very dingy. We put a hand towel in the tub to stand on in order to not be grossed out. Multiple hairs in one of the beds. My daughter didn’t want to sleep in the bed because we weren’t positive the sheets had been cleaned. Gross. Breakfast was very nice. Staff was very very friendly. Front desk staff deserve 5 stars. ”

“Staff was very accommodating. Hotel and room were very clean. Breakfast offerings were good. Only negative was there was no easy way to fill a water bottle with cold water. Hotel located right off highway so easy access. Overall a great hotel.”

“Staff at desk were very friendly and expained all the things the hotl offered and where they were located. Free cookies and beverages 24 hours a day and even had sugarfree cookies which was great for us as we both have diabetes. Breakfast had plenty of variety both hot and cold. Our room was clean though carpet was quite worn. It was a pleasant stay and we would return again if in the area.”
