“Didn’t like that there was a group of people in the lobby area Thursday night that was excessively loud after 10 pm and was making noise in the hallway after 11pm. Staff didn’t ask them to quiet down. Weed smell in hallway at night”

“Never been to Tipton IA before. The next time we go through, we will be staying at this location. It was quiet. Well kept. Staff was very friendly. Clean. Amenities were just what was needed. Don't need over the top for a comfortable stay. We only stayed for one night, but we will be stopping again. It was homey and comforting. Something somewhat lacking these days.”

“The service was terrible! To start with there was no one staffing the check-in. I guess an unmanned front desk saves money, but it was a pain since you were expected to have a cell phone, which I do not have. I came instead with a confirmation printout from when I first made the reservation. Check-in was eventually resolved through a video conference using provided equipment. The awkward automated check-in process could be excused as a money saving feature. However, the worst service came...
