“A+”

“This sweet little getaway spot was everything I needed for a 2-day conference nearby. It sports rustic charm and peace and quiet. The kitchen had everything I needed for my first night’s meal (subsequent meals were had away from property). The host offered a variety of snacks, drinks, or even frozen burritos or pizza for purchase by Venmo. The bathroom was clean and the shower had a built in seat. There were also lovely items available in both the shower and bathroom caddy. I didn’t use the...

“Great easy spot with good space for a family. A bit farther from the main downtown but easily walkable.”

“Great spot!”

“Few days spent. Enjoyed our stay . Good place”

“Nice property, great location, safe, clean and super easy check out process Would be nice to be able to control temp, it was a little chilly Love that there is parking off street provided but space is tight next to utility pole especially if 2 cars are in spot next to it”

“Easy check in. The host immediately answered any questions I had.”

“Great location.”

“A few snags at check in, but Ken did a great job rectifying. It was perfect for our stay. Would stay again.”

“Our second stay at the property. Our host thought of any items we would need for our stay, including snacks and coffee. This is now our place to stay when visiting family in Iowa. Thank you!”

“Property was clean and inviting and fit our needs perfectly. We enjoyed our stay, thanks!”

“This is our 3rd time staying in on of Ken’s properties. Always clean,, plenty of room, and great directions for parking and getting into the rental. The location is perfect and close to everything downtown Dubuque.”

“Pretty calm and beautiful place”

“We were able to walk to just about everywhere we wanted to go on our visit to Dubuque. A good brewery is next door and a good bistro is half a block away. Other coffee shops are a block away and a top notch eatery a block away with the Carnegie-Stout Public Library about three blocks away.”

“What a unique house and has a wonderful view to enjoy!!”

“Great getaway location which includes a coffee shop nearby! The property had everything we needed and more. We hope to return.”

“The shower is as stated on another review. it is warm but I was there on one of the hottest weeks so it was perfect. If you plan on cooking and have leftovers, bring some disposable tupperware or ziploc bags, bottled water and ice.We also hung fly strips outside so that they didn't enter the home. We enjoyed it.”
