“I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Millwright. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The hotel is beautiful and displays memorabilia throughout. The A/C in my room worked well and was very quiet! Very little outside noise (including thunderstorms) could be heard in my room, although I was able to hear noisy neighbors in the hallway and slamming doors. “ALL OF THE STAFF at the Black Hawk are BEYOND Kind & Welcoming. We loved staying here 3 nights as we provided support to our fam on Ragbrai. We switched rooms and both were terrific. Spacious and clean with a lot of eclectic antiques throughout the hotel. Bartender at Cocktail lounge makes some great drinks and is also SUPER NICE. Great location with lots of restaurant options / bars. ”
