Our room, although listed as a better king size room, would not pass muster at a Wyndham hotel, for example. Further, as our stay unfolded, the more we saw: no linens in the bathroom, and only body towels when we asked the desk. No outlets except at the desk. “Wonderful redesign of an old mill property, leaving details/structures within to be appreciated. That said, the architects did not take into account the control of noise from the hallways which didn't have carpeted flooring (about half of the first floor). The ceilings, walls & floors are all hard surfaces, allowing noises like the ice machine "dropping a new batch", or suitcases bumping along on the floor, or doors closing, etc. to be readily heard inside guest rooms in those hallways. ...

“The outside looks great but once I opened the door to our room we were greeted with the strong horrible smell of cat urine!!!! Had to use half the bottle of dawn air freshener to get the room to a tolerable smell. The tv in the bedroom only had 4 working channels and the tv in the living room had no working remote! Pool was great and will stay for breakfast maybe I’ll add another review if it’s great if not won’t be another review.”

“The 1st thing you notice when entering to check in is that the place smelled like cigarette smoke. I guess they still allow smoking in the casino. Fortunately, I couldn't smell it in the room. The room had a mini-fridge that I used for leftovers, but there was no place to reheat them. I had to take them to the front desk to have them heat them up for me in the back. They should have at least 1 microwave on each floor by the vending machines. The leftovers was from their own steakhouse, which was...
