“Honestly facility is great and all. But no communication within staff. Was told 75 dollar deposit would get reimbursed but instead was charged per fee for my animal service dog. Originally was told no fee but next day management said that was not notified and that she didn't believe me until I brought paperwork stating is service animal. I advised was barely here from texas and would have to look through everything and just said she could reimburse if I brought paperwork work later. So...
