“This was an excellent stay! Staff were super friendly and the hotel was incredibly welcoming!”

“The pool with a decent size with a hot tub. We had to ask for towels and they were only big enough for a small child. The place was clean. The rooms were nice.”

Vending machine was also expensive and had to keep asking for change back that wasn't given back. Didn't like that I wasn't all the way checked out and the cleaning guy was in my room already. ”

“We arrived around 10 pm. The front receptionist was clicking on her computer and looking at her phone. She doesn't look up, greet me, or even say I'll be right with you. After a very uncomfortable ,rude few minutes of her basically ignoring me, and I have my od and card out on the counter, she finally looks up to check me in. Property feels and looks dated. Not very clean, there were mold spots in the shower grout, pool are was not cared for, and 1 elevator was out of service. We were in town...

“Stayed here due to numerous 5-Star ratings but now believe they were all false. I’ve never paid $65 a night to squat somewhere but now I can mark that off the bucket list. Hotel felt very much like a half-way house and there’s nothing intrinsically wrong with that but would have liked to know before hand. Someone was heavily smoking on the second floor despite being a no-smoking property stinking up the place. Shower didn’t drain well and there were fist-sized holes in the bathroom wall and...

“My husband and I had a very nice stay at Comfort Siutes in Ramsey, Mn. Great location for our trip and parking wasnt a problem at all. Stacie at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming upon checking in. Our room was very nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Very quiet and had a very restful night. We would definitely stay here again!”

“It was weird having tile instead of carpet in the room, but otherwise the suite was quite spacious. I had a four chair round table and a desk to work on. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was roomy”
