Hotel a Isanti

“Overall, the hotel was nice, updated and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I didn’t like the shower head; it needed to be replaced as it was all over the place and not much water pressure. I had to turn the handle all the way and the water wasn’t as hot as it could be. The hotel is right off the highway which is nice but also loud at times. We stayed more towards the opposite end of the highway and could still hear traffic at night. I’d stay here again but would either ask for a room...

“The staff was wonderful, polite and helpful. The property is in need of some updates and painting. The owners did say that it would have been a lot cheaper if we would have booked through them, as they offer a local rate.”

“I couldn’t stay because the location was way further away from my destination…I called right after booking, the manager approved a refund which I never received, I have travel insurance but seems that’s not valid on this cases?”

“Coffee was horrible, one day no coffee at 7:45am, eggs were cold, staff was rude. Tiles in bathroom were loose. Old building not well maintained. We have to go to Chisago a couple more times and will definitely get hotel closer to MinneapolisWould rather drive 45 minutes than stay there again.”

“I wqs there for 9 days. Staff was great! Room was clean. Breakfast was fresh and well maintained every morning. The Hot tub was out of service the whole week, but they were working on it. I wouldn't use anyway so that part didn't matter to me. Across the parking lot was a very good home cooked food cafe and bakery. I would definetly stay ther again.”

“The price was the only good thing. You get what you pay for. The property was very run down and the interior was just as bad as the exterior. Locked plate glass lobby makes you think you are in a war zone in Detroit not Anoka MN”

“The towels in the bathroom were very worn and frayed. Some even had holes in them. The only curtains on the window were blackout drapes. Since we were on a ground floor we could not have any light from the window except by having the drapes open which then allowed for anyone to look easily into the room. The electrical lighting was very poor, nothing but a few lamps which were inadequate. Also thought the complimentary breakfast was poor. The donuts were stale and the other things served...
