“Waverly is wonderful. The location can't be beat, no car necessary. The apartment is beautifully kept and the host left us some lovely island treats. There is a great back porch with a wonderful view of the water, as well as a great covered front porch where you can sit and watch the island activity go by. We were so happy to have a dog with us and the host was wonderfully communicative and helpful. I can't recommend enough.”

“Fantastic property - it’s even more spacious than it appears in the pictures. (Wine and charcuterie pics were not accurate though, LOL.) The cafe below the property has great wine, food, and service. I’d definitely stay at this condo again. ”

I preferred this 100x more than my other trips to Newport when I overpaid for a dinky hotel room. If I am back in Newport, I’ll be staying here.”
