The yard has a grill, firepit, outdoor seating, is fenced and has a shed with outdoor gear not commonly found for your use, e.g., nice beach chairs and bikes. Easy access to all the many beaches...

“Some confusion (on our part) as to where to park. Host promptly came to our rescue and we had convenient parking for the duration of the stay. Very nice couple. Have owned an old home (1803) and know what to expect - a great accommodation for visiting an historic old town. Very comfortable bedding and pillows! Do we really want to get up and start sight-seeing?”

Bathroom is very Small and shower is Not High enough and Not that confortabile for a tall person. Bedrooms Are quite and Beds Are confortabile.
