“Everything was fine except my room had a thin shade that let the light in, so I had a hard time sleeping. I would’ve switched rooms, but I checked in around midnight and was exhausted.”

“Lots of great ameniites from kitchen items, dishes, and seating in our large room to outdoor mini golf, table tennis, basketball and tennis courts and an outdoor fire pit. Beautiful setting.”

“Bar had a strong selection of beer and wine, the pool was clean, and the arcade was a great touch. My 4 year old Nieces said it was "the best hotel EVER".”

“Great pet friendly place! Plenty of grass area to walk your dogs. My husband and I visit Williamsburg often to go to Busch Gardens with our mini doodle, and we always stay here. Decent breakfast, but very tiny coffee cups. Elevator is super slow, so we normally take the stairs. The staff has always been super friendly, and helpful when needed. Overall, they do a nice job of keeping everything clean. Definitely could use some updates and repairs in certain areas, but we always enjoy our stay.”

After confirming my slot, your team canceled it, stating the time was no longer available, yet my payment has not been refunded. This is unacceptable, as the cancellation was not initiated by me. Second, one of the main reasons I booked this unit was for the in-room jacuzzi tub. However, the hot water only filled about one-quarter of the tub...
