“We didn't eat at the hotel and never saw an opening at the bar, but we came and went a lot and the doormen were very friendly. The room was elegant and very clean. Real down pillows! The location was very central. We walked everywhere for 5 days.”

“Soggiorno di due notti. Hall splendida, un salone storico utilizzato per la colazione, che rappresenta il punto dolente della recensione: personale poco operativo, ritardo nella sostituzione del cibo mancante, nei pressi della macchina per i waffle era sempre sporco per terra e scivoloso e nessuno si premurava di pulire, cibo poco vario e perlopiù confezionato con tanti saluti all'ambiente.

“L'hotel è carino e ben tenuto ed è anche pulito ma trovo assurdo che non facciano le pulizie quotidiane e cambio asciugamani, se non dietro richiesta. Rischi di stare una settimana senza che puliscano la camera perché al check in non ti dicono che la pulizia va richiesta! Il personale è molto freddo e quasi scocciato. La colazione poco ricca e il latte era anche acido. È un vero peccato perché l'hotel nel complesso è particolare e carino e sopratutto in ottima posizione ”

“The facility was bland and void of any life save for the two war bodies behind the counter and a homeless person outside. Our room was uncleaned with duffle of clothes on the dresser. Pictures available. The American flag out front was weather worn to shreds. We didn’t walk, we ran from this place. If Expedia proceeds to bill us for this travesty, it will the end of OUR relationship with them. Radisson should be ashamed to be associated. ”

prenotato executive floor pagando 60 eur extra x lounge e terrazza che non esiste più da oltre un anno.
Prenotato con colazione che in realtà non c'e' ovvero viene dato un voucher da 24$ che non consente una colazione completa e nemmeno un caffè (6$ extra) quando ovunque negli US il caffè viene offerto.
Pessima esperienza!”

“Posizionato su una delle strade che perimetrano il quartiere francese, ottima posizione pressapoco equidistante da Canal street da un lato e da Frenchmen street dall'altro, che si raggiungono in 10/15 minuti a piedi. Comoda la vicina fermata del tram. I corridoi (quasi all'aperto) molto caldi, con una differenza esagerata di temperatura con la Hall. Colazione soddisfacente, posteggio interno, molto sicuro (con cancello elettrico per il quale ti prestano un telecomando), se non si dovesse trovare...
