The owner reached out to me prior to my visit to ask if I was interested in a room upgrade to one with a waterfront view, at no extra costs, due to a last minute cancellation. “The check-in process was a breeze, keys and welcome packet were waiting at the door when we got there. Ben, the manager, sent emails explaining directions and parking so it was very easy to find where to go. The rental was very clean when we got there, no house keeping due to covid, but all the essentials were provided for us.
