“I stayed at Grand Palladium for 3 days, the service and the staffs were excellent. I had the most beautiful and spotless room at the bungalow and the view is 10/10. The staffs are very helpful and attentive. What stood was the view from the room. We stayed there as group of friends and our rooms were very close to each other. Thank you so much. “We had a wonderful experience. This trip was post hurricane so we did not know what to expect. However, we were pleasantly surprised the property was in great condition, the staff was very friendly, including the music director and our bell Hopper Dean. The beach was clean. " I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Jamaica. The staff’s welcome was excellent from the very first moment: everyone was kind, helpful, and always smiling. Cleanliness was good, and the room, simple but nice, had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel pool was very convenient, as was the beach towel service with fresh towels provided daily. The free access to the adjacent beach was a great plus, as well as the entertainment, which was discreet yet engaging. The property also offers the possibility to book organized or private tours and has an on-site taxi service, which was very practical. The security service was excellent too, making me feel safe at all times. A special thank you to Rinalda from Chukka and Alexia at the reception for their professionalism and kindness: they truly made my holiday even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for relaxation, good organization, and a welcoming atmosphere in Jamaica. 🌴✨"
