Everyone was very helpful and kind to us and our 9 month old baby. There was a small drainage issue in our shower that caused some flooding. The hotel was very prompt in sending someone to address the issue and to change our room. “The staff was excellent, they go out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. If you’re looking for a lot of action, stay somewhere else, this place has a very laid back vibe. Never had to wait for a lounge by the pool or on the beach. I was looking for a place to snorkel without going on an excursion, and this fit the bill. " I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Jamaica. The staff’s welcome was excellent from the very first moment: everyone was kind, helpful, and always smiling. Cleanliness was good, and the room, simple but nice, had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel pool was very convenient, as was the beach towel service with fresh towels provided daily. The free access to the adjacent beach was a great plus, as well as the entertainment, which was discreet yet engaging. The property also offers the possibility to book organized or private tours and has an on-site taxi service, which was very practical. The security service was excellent too, making me feel safe at all times. A special thank you to Rinalda from Chukka and Alexia at the reception for their professionalism and kindness: they truly made my holiday even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for relaxation, good organization, and a welcoming atmosphere in Jamaica. 🌴✨"
