Only money spent was on room service (only $15 surcharge), everything else was truly included. Ronaldo and Rojeaux at the sports bar were awesome bartenders. Will definitely be back to this resort! ”

“The property was beautiful with an abundance of pools, restaurants, and entertainment. The staff were incredible and very accommodating! Everyone was very helpful and kind to us and our 9 month old baby. There was a small drainage issue in our shower that caused some flooding. The hotel was very prompt in sending someone to address the issue and to change our room. " I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Jamaica. The staff’s welcome was excellent from the very first moment: everyone was kind, helpful, and always smiling. Cleanliness was good, and the room, simple but nice, had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel pool was very convenient, as was the beach towel service with fresh towels provided daily. The free access to the adjacent beach was a great plus, as well as the entertainment, which was discreet yet engaging. The property also offers the possibility to book organized or private tours and has an on-site taxi service, which was very practical. The security service was excellent too, making me feel safe at all times. A special thank you to Rinalda from Chukka and Alexia at the reception for their professionalism and kindness: they truly made my holiday even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for relaxation, good organization, and a welcoming atmosphere in Jamaica. 🌴✨"
