“Smooth check in process. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff! Tiana was so kind and really great to chat with during the check-in process. I got there early and they did everything to get my room ready quickly so we wouldn’t have to wait around which was so nice. Room was clean and spacious. There were a few things that probably need a little TLC but I imagine it’s because the hotel is busy so there’s bound to be a few things that get overlooked due to the high volume of guests.
