“The structure has been completely renovated since my last visit, improving both the general appearance and the services. The numerous bars operating within the structure were wonderful and very high quality, despite having a room that overlooked the swimming pool where music entertained guests, the room was pleasantly soundproofed and the light background music did not disturb at all. The bar inside my room was really great!!!”

“Ottima struttura le camere belle e pulite, unica pecca che la vista mare parziale non è mai accessibile dalla camera perché il letto da proprio sulla passarella comune quindi bisogna stare sempre con la tenda chiusa, in compenso c'è un terrazzo comune ampio e con una vista oceano magnifica dove si puo passare le serate al tramonto . Il parcheggio è comodo la zona abbastanza comoda alle attrazioni della città accessibile in auto. L'unica cosa che nel quartiere ci sono parecchi vagabondi. ”

“The lake was the highlight. The staff at the front desk were not the best honestly. The manager Sarah was not skilled at guest relations. She was defensive and arrogant. Her only aim was to get the last word in. She did not listen well nor was she able to put herself in the guests shoes. In short she did not have the skill set for dealing with guests.
