“This is easily one of the best experiences I have had at a hotel. The owners and staff are the kindest people and made our stay one of the most memorable and special trips for our family. “Il nostro soggiorno al Jashita e' stato molto gradevole, servizi e personale dell'hotel e del ristorante sono stati ottimi! Clemente, il padrone del ristorante e' una persona molto gentile ed affabile ed il cibo che abbiamo mangiato e' stato sempre di ottimo gusto.
Il mare e' molto bello, anche se in quei giorni c'erano le alghe ogni mattina il personale le toglieva.
Unico neo e' stato il comfort della stanza durante la notte(avevamo quella con accesso diretto alla spiaggia) in quanto era...

“This gem of a place is absolutely heaven. It was above and beyond our expectations. The place is beautiful, right on the water with the perfect view and vibe. The food is unbelievable and the staff is incredible, they all made us feel so welcomed and took care of everything we needed. We will definitely come back.”

“I stayed in the 3 Bedroom Villa & it’s a perfect place for a big family. 1 bedroom upstairs has to twin beds. The 2 bed room’s downstairs has there on restroom’s. Villa could host easy 12 people but owner only aloud 8 or nine people. Maybe more if you send a message. I give staff 💯/ respect every staff member was so kind & helpful. Personale alla reception gentile ma al mattino, dopo la colazione (ero uscito di camera senza portafogli), per noi compresa nella prenotazione il cameriere con fare molto arrogante ed indisponente ha detto più volte ad alta voce "no mancia? Ah grazie no mancia grazie".
In imbarazzo ho risposto che essendo uscito di fretta di camera non avevo portafogli.. Ma la figura che si è permesso di fare proprio non mi è piaciuta. Non lo consiglio.”

“What a relaxing vacation, with the Caribbean Sea just outside our door and a swimmable cenote 100 feet away. Our room was impeccably clean and our host and his staff were amazingly attentive. They can arrange lots of activities, including snorkeling and diving trips or transportation to the ruins, town or other activities. The food and drink at the outdoor restaurant was awesome. The live music they have every Sunday was our favorite!”

“Struttura a dieci kilometri da Tulum. Se cercate una spiaggia da film prenotate. Mettete, però, in contro che siete a dieci minuti dal centro e un quarto d'ora dalla zona hotelier. Per il resto starete in un posto pazzesco, perché dormite su una spiaggia che non troverete da nessuna parte a Tulum”

“Los domos son muy bonitos para fotografías, pero la realidad es que están muy descuidados. La chapa de la puerta está floja y cuesta trabajo cerrarla, los mosquiteros no están bien sellados, las llaves de la regadera no funcionan bien, había focos fundidos y que parpadeaban constantemente (no relacionado a la alimentación de luz solar, porque otros focos no parpadeaban). El hecho de que no hagan limpieza todos los días hace que la cantidad de bichitos sea muchísimo mayor que en otros glampings...

We spent time in both swimming pools and had multiple meals on site. Needless to say, our experience was marvelous. The massages at the spa were very relaxing. All in all we will be definitely returning back!!! Perfect way to spend our honeymoon!”

"The resort is outstanding, well maintened and well located.
I've loved the room, but the bathroom smelled so bad. I've noticed the reception, but they would not change the room.
That's the only thing i have to complain.
The food wasn't good in the italian (not italian) restaurant and in the asiatic. I've loved the cafes and the buffet, i strongly suggest both.
The price-quality is perfect"
