“Opened the room door and immediately left. The smell was horrible. There was a barking dog in another room. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever walked into. ”

“The pool was a little murky. The water was warm, but it looked like it needed to be cleaned. The rooms were fine no issues there, but none of the ice machines worked, which was not a big deal. We just went down to the bar and got a bucket of ice. The staff were phenomenal so helpful and so friendly we went down for dinner, but the menu was pretty limited so we ended up going across the street to hecks and I had a braised beef stroganoff which was fantastic and then we did have breakfast in the...

“Hotel overbooked and our payed two queen rooms got taken by bus loads of band kids before we could check in and we were offered to take two rooms with king beds or cancel the reservation. We had booked for seven people to sleep. After talking with property manger, they gave us three rooms with king beds but we had to compromise our sleeping arrangements. When reaching out to Hilton directly they offered no help. Told us to contact Expedia. Person at front desk was by himself and clearly...

“The room was not finished. Bathroom mirror was off the wall and when we went up the the front desk the told us to move it. The pull out mattress was falling apart holes it in with the stuffing come out stains on the mattress that look like blood the size of a baseball. No garbage can in the room. We put 3 dollars in the vending machine and realized it was empty asked if we could our money back and we were told no. Took 30 minutes to get hot water in the shower. Because the soap was on the mirror...

“Did not clean the room while we were there. Booked a room for 3 but only got 2 sets of everything. Nothing for the sofa bed in the room.”

“No one was on duty at 1:40am Sunday morning. Staff is very friendly. Great breakfast. ”

“Only stayed three nights. The second night, the hot tub had brown water in it and was very smelly. The third night the hot tub was clean but not hot at all. The room the pool was in was freezing cold. Couldn't stay in the pool more than 10 minutes. Staff was kind but not very attentive or concerned.”
