“Room very nice, bed comfortable all in all nice place to stay. Our only issue was the WiFi, which was spotty at best. I wish hotels would upgrade systems so WiFi was not an issue.”

“We have stayed here couple of times its always nice and clean , room keys where not working as usual our last stay it was tricky to open the room door or the pool not sure what was happening we did got new keys on the from desk but the problem was the same, we talk to our room neighbors and they say their room keys were doing the same so Not sure what happened this time. But besides that everything was perfect for what we wanted it , go to Hershey park , kids always love the road from the hotel...

“Our room was a 2-queen room with a pull-out sofa for 5 people; it only had towels for 2. There was a beetle (I hope) in the bathtub. The shower handle didn't really work, and the bathroom was sooooo tiny. The beds were super firm. The common areas (stairs etc.) were filthy. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and the linens we DID have were clean, if scratchy.”

“All'arrivo alla reception ci hanno dato le chiavi di una camera già occupata. la pouizia su 3 giorni che siamo stati presso la struttura è stata fatta una volta sola. dopo la prima abbiamo pensato ad una svista e abbiamo lasciato perdere, la seconda volta siamo rientrati in albergo alle 23... segnalato al chek out, la receptionist ci ha detto "Ah io non posso dire niente perché io non c'ero". Migliorare il servizio”
