Hotel a Lebanon - Pine Grove

“All'arrivo alla reception ci hanno dato le chiavi di una camera già occupata. la pouizia su 3 giorni che siamo stati presso la struttura è stata fatta una volta sola. dopo la prima abbiamo pensato ad una svista e abbiamo lasciato perdere, la seconda volta siamo rientrati in albergo alle 23... segnalato al chek out, la receptionist ci ha detto "Ah io non posso dire niente perché io non c'ero". Migliorare il servizio”

“The beds were very comfortable and my husband really enjoyed the breakfast selections. They worked with our schedule that changed a time or two and were very kind/helpful.”

“Courtoisie du personnel salle de bain : pas beaucoup de place pour nos articles de toilettes”

“Very nice rooms.Breakfast was good!! The facility itself was nice”

“Utilizzato come base per la raggiungere new york. Pulito. Ottima colazione. Abbondante e di tutto. Caffè e succhi disponibile sempre. Personale gentile ”

“This place is horrendous. The father and daughter there has no class and racially profiled my family and it was a terrible feeling . They didn’t have my confirmation and when I showed her my email she saw that I paid 14$ and immediately started to say I did fraud . Wow!!!!! The fact I used my One Ley pass $$ that I have accumulated didn’t matter to her or him. Overall awful place”

“Blackout shades were great! Comfy beds. Good breakfast.”

“It’s ok”

“The owners did a remarkable transformation of an old hotel. The room was beautiful decorated with modern features. A very comfortable bed and pillows.”

“The sheets and pillowcase on one bed or dirty. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was coming out of the wall. The sink did not have a ceiling panel over it so there was exposed piping and electrical fixtures. The ice machine was broken. There was a water dispenser that was dirty and I would never use. The staff when we checked in was very helpful and got us to another room when it looked like there was somebody already staying in our room. There is ample parking and the air conditioning...

“They are very nice and lovely”

“The place smelled horrible, and I had to request clean sheets for the bed. Also the furniture was stained. I would not recommend.”
