"We checked in unpacked, showered and went to go to bed but the blinds were broken. Called downstairs- they acknowledged that they knew they were broken and thought they were fixed. "Right when you walk in the front doors hotel smells really nice! Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The bathroom was a little outdated. The soap dispenser in the shower the front piece kept falling off. Room was clean"
